THE ROLE:
This is a locum position due to commence as soon as possible, requiring an experienced solicitor who can quickly adapt and begin as soon as possible. Secretarial support will be available to assist with day-to-day tasks and ensure effective management of the caseload. The role also includes responsibility for supervising a trainee solicitor. In addition, the successful candidate will represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings, provide strategic HR and employment law advice, and lead negotiations.
THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed solicitor will be adept in managing a broad range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and settlement agreements.
