Qualifications

• Expérience requise en droit du travail, idéalement en contentieux.
• Expérience de 2-5 ans PQE préférée.
• Ouverture au développement de compétences en plaidoyer appréciée.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur les licenciements abusifs, discrimination, TUPE et gestion de changement.
• Travaux contentieux et non-contentieux en matière de droit du travail.
