Job Description:

This growing Highland firm is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and be eager to develop their career within the firm. Responsibilities include advising on various employment issues such as:

• discipline and grievance
• discrimination
• settlement agreements
• restrictive covenants

The firm is interested in candidates with 1 to 7 years’ PQE and strong employment law experience. Previous business development experience would be advantageous.
