THE ROLE:
This leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to lead the employment team and further develop and expand the department. Dealing with a diverse client base to include both private and public sector clients, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be dealing with all aspects of employment law and possess the ability to advise on the full range of employment tribunal litigation. The role will initially be mostly non contentious focused along with dealing with settlement agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Solicitor will head up the employment team and will have at least 7 years PQE. With a strong track record in advising both employees and employers across a range of employment issues. Ideally you will have a network of contacts and be ambitious, driven along with strong technical expertise. With genuine prospects for career development, you will be able to hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters and be a confident advocate.
