I’m working on an opportunitywith a respected firm in Devon, for anEmployment Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution department. This role is open to solicitors or CILEx Lawyers ready to manage a diverse caseload spanning contentious and advisory employment work.
The firm has grown to nearly 120 legal professionals across North and South Devon with an annual turnover of around £10million.
The Employment team is led by two partners, with over30years’ combined PQE and deep expertise in employment litigation - supported by a strong cohort of solicitors and legal executives at varying experience levels.
They handle a wide mix of work for clients ranging from SMEs and charities through to public sector bodies. Recent engagements include defending high-value tribunal claims, advising on complex redundancy and discrimination issues, and providing practical support on TUPE transfers, grievance and disciplinary matters, contracts, and flexible working entitlements.
This opportunityoffers real client interaction from day one, with responsibilities including advising on unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, contractual disputes, and representing clients at tribunals and mediations.
