Our client has a superb reputation and is recognized for its strategic advice. We are seeking an Employment Solicitor for both contentious and non-contentious matters, to play a key role in supporting and guiding the firm's medium and large corporate clients.

This position offers support that enables you to focus on client and fee-earning work across a broad range of complex employment cases, including:

1. TUPE, Restructuring, Redundancy
2. Disciplinary proceedings
3. Settlement Agreements
4. Contracts of Employment
5. Staff handbooks and policy documents

Managing your own caseload, you will investigate legal solutions for clients, demonstrate strong drafting skills, and be proficient in dispute resolution and negotiation, particularly around settlement agreements. You will also mentor junior fee earners, maintain visibility with clients, and develop strong, retainable client relationships. A key aspect of the role is to reduce risk and deliver high-quality work in line with client agreements and compliance regulations.
