Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm who are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Norwich.

Your responsibilities will include:

    Advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, procedures, and other documentation.Support clients in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancies, and other workplace issues.Represent clients in employment tribunal claims and assist with dispute resolution.Work with a diverse client base, including businesses of all sizes across multiple sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, practical legal advice.Contribute to business development activities to support growth of the employment law practice.Collaborate with colleagues across teams and offices to deliver joined-up legal services.

The successful candidate:

    Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE in employment law and a strong academic background.Genuine interest in employment law with proven advisory experience on a range of issues.Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.Confident user of legal research tools and IT systems.Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage time and workloads efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
