ROLE OVERVIEW
This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and hours, on a completely remote basis. You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
* Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
* Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.
* Collaborate with a team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
ROLE FEATURES

* Provision of equipment such as a laptop, phone, and land-line.

Requirements
* NQ+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious or non-contentious matters.
* Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
* Strong client care and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.
* Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.
