Job Description:

This growing national firm is seeking to expand its Education team with a senior Employment Solicitor in Cambridge or Norwich. The team works with major clients in the education sector and is looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join.

As part of this role, you will collaborate with Education sector Partners recognized for their work within the national Employment team. You will serve both public and private education sector clients, providing employment support and acting as an in-house lawyer for these clients.

While experience in the education sector is preferred, applications from candidates outside this sector who are open to retraining are encouraged.

You will be:

1. A senior employment solicitor, ideally with over 7 years PQE
2. Experienced in employment law matters
3. Open to candidates without sector experience, especially those interested in retraining
4. Seeking progression in your next role
