NEW Vacancy | Employment Solicitor | 5 years PQE | up to £,

Our client, a well-established law firm, with multiple offices providing legal services across Manchester and surrounding areas, is looking for an Employment Litigation Solicitor to join and grow their team on a permanent basis in their office on the outskirts of Manchester. The firm is heavily invested in employee welfare, maintaining a modern environment with traditional values.

The ideal Employment Solicitor will handle both contentious employment issues for claimants and respondents. The caseload will be varied and include areas such as:

  • Providing advice on employment law issues
  • Settlement agreements
  • Drafting policies and contracts
  • Disclosures
  • TUPE
  • Advocacy at Employment Tribunals

The firm seeks a proactive Employment Solicitor capable of developing and maintaining client relationships with a strong commercial mindset. The candidate should be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. High academic achievement, a professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and strong organizational skills are desirable qualities.

Experience in advocacy is a significant advantage; ideally, candidates will have 3–6 years PQE within respondent and claimant environments.
