Employment Solicitor (2 to 6 PQE)
Location: Southampton | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £57,000 – £64,500 + Bonus + Benefits

A well established Legal 500 firm in Southampton is looking to strengthen its employment team with a confident and commercially minded solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing department with a loyal client base and a mix of advisory and contentious work.

The Role You’ll take on a broad range of employment matters including:
• Advisory support for employers and senior individuals
• Tribunal claims and representation
• Contracts, policies and disciplinary matters
• TUPE, restructuring and redundancy advice
• Settlement agreements and negotiations

You’ll work directly with clients from day one and have the chance to contribute to wider team initiatives and development.

What We're Looking For • 2 to 6 years PQE in employment law
• A strong mix of contentious and advisory experience
• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
