I’m working with a highly respected law firm in the Thames Valley that is looking to grow its Employment team with the addition of a solicitor between 1 and 4 years’ PQE. This is a standout opportunity to join a Tier 1-ranked Employment practice (Legal 500) and work alongside some of the region’s most experienced employment lawyers.

The team is known for handling a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. That includes complex tribunal litigation, restructuring and redundancy projects, TUPE issues, senior exits, and day-to-day HR advisory work for an impressive client base — including both UK and international employers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on a wide spectrum of employment law issues, with a particular focus on employer-side work
  • Running and supporting on tribunal claims from start to finish
  • Involvement in TUPE and large-scale restructuring projects
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Providing pragmatic, commercial HR advice to clients
  • Supporting withbusiness development, marketing, and client training/seminars
