Employment Solicitor – Northern Ireland (Hybrid)
PQE: 1–4 years

A progressive UK law firm with a growing presence in Belfast is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with some of the best employment lawyers in the UK while supporting a wide range of leading national and international clients.

The Role:
You’ll advise on a variety of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, across sectors such as tech, media, retail, and financial services. Typical work includes handling disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination claims, TUPE, redundancy projects, and Employment Tribunal litigation. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership and client training initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Between 1–4 years’ PQE in employment law
• A strong academic background and excellent communication skills
• Experience in Employment Tribunal proceedings and day-to-day advisory work
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working as part of a UK-wide team
• Northern Ireland qualification (dual-qualified solicitors also welcome)
