Job description

Employment Solicitor needed in Bristol, £43.88ph PAYE - Reference: 5254555

14 hrs per week with flexibility.

• The role will be up to 2 days per week but may increase depending on caseload. Flexibility is required to cover hearings as needed.
• Handle a small number of ET claims including equal pay, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment.
• Conduct judicial mediations, preliminary hearings, and prepare for final hearings.
• Provide advice on TUPE provisions in contracts, TUPE clarification questions from procurement, and complex grievances.

This is a part-time, temporary role.
