My client, a Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic Employment team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the team while managing your own caseload.
The Role:
You will have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, representing both respondents and claimants
You will have a commercial mindset, the ability to meet deadlines efficiently and a strong focus on file management and client care
About You:
You will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service
You will be adept at managing multiple cases simultaneously, possess exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to achieving excellence
You will have a proactive approach to business development and marketing activities, including participation in social & networking events to support the team and the firm’s growth
Hours of Work & Benefits:
This full-time position is based at the firm’s Shrewsbury office
