The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to take responsibility for a varied caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
You can expect to be advising both employer and employee clients.
Your role will also involve:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work and ideally some experience in supervising junior colleagues. You will have a proven track record in handling complex matters for clients, offering exceptional levels of client service.
For senior Solicitors with requisite experience, there is the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Department.
