We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a renowned Employment & Reward Group based in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to work on complex employment law issues, including strategic advice, tribunal claims, and executive-level matters, within a nationally and internationally respected team.

Description
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters to a diverse client base.
  • Draft and review contracts, policies, and other employment-related documents.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution settings.
  • Support clients with redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and workplace investigations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
  • Deliver training sessions and presentations on employment law topics to clients and colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals within the organisation to provide holistic advice.
Profile
  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in commercial employment law
  • Experienced in complex tribunal claims, discrimination, whistleblowing, restructuring, and senior-level grievances
  • Comfortable advising on executive compensation and cross-border employment issues
  • Commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Ideally experienced with High Court litigation and employment aspects of M&A or outsourcing
