You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the team’s continued growth and success. The role will involve:

  • Advising employer clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
  • Supporting corporate transactions through due diligence and employment advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting the team’s business development initiatives and thought leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Be a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
  • Have experience advising employers across a range of sectors.
  • Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be commercially aware and confident in dealing directly with clients.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
