Employment Solicitor

This is an exciting new vacancy for an employment solicitor to join a long-established Northampton firm.

Working alongside a partner, you will manage your own employment caseload and assist on more complex matters. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Restrictive covenants
2. Redundancy advice for employers
3. Unfair dismissal cases
4. Settlement / compromise agreements
5. Flexible working arrangements
6. Service agreements
7. Working time regulations

You will handle cases for both respondent and claimant clients and participate in marketing and business development activities.
