G2 Legal is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established national law firm in Bristol. The role involves handling a broad range of employment disputes for both claimant and respondent clients across contentious and advisory matters.

As a senior team member, you will provide technical guidance to junior solicitors and build strong relationships with insurer, business and individual clients, with hybrid working and flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Strong background in employment litigation.
• Experience acting for both private and insurer clients.

Employment Solicitor

A well-established national law are seeking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 3 year's PQE to join their highly regarded employment.

This team advising on both claimant and respondent matters across both contentious and advisory matters.

The Role

You'll handle a broad range of employment disputes and commercially focused advice to clients. As an experienced member of the team, you'll also support junior members with technical guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising both claimant and respondent clients on contentious employment matters.
• Building strong relationships with insurer, business and individual clients.

Experience needed:

• Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Strong background in employment litigation
