Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join our growing employment team within a leading international platform.

You will handle high-value matters, including employment litigation, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, TUPE, senior exits, and larger transactions, with a focus on transformation projects and organizational change. Hybrid working is available to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Employment litigation, including ET3s and schedules
• Managing workplace investigations, including fact-finding and reports
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, TUPE, employment status and senior exits
• Leading on larger transactions and complex employment matters
• Supporting and leading transformation projects, including restructuring, outsourcing and organisational change programmes
• Preparing consultation materials and supporting project management on larger organisational change matters

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor looking to join a high-quality team and work on a broad range of complex, high-value matters.

Salary: Up to £87,000

Location: Birmingham

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied and high-quality Employment caseload, including:

• Employment litigation, including preparing ET3s, drafting schedules and counter-schedules of loss, undertaking legal research and supporting advocacy preparation
• Managing workplace investigations, including fact-finding, document review and drafting investigation reports
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, TUPE, employment status and senior exits
• Leading on larger transactions and complex employment matters
• Supporting and leading transformation projects, including restructuring, outsourcing and organisational change programmes
• Preparing consultation materials and supporting project management on larger organisational change matters
