Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its team in Mansfield. The role is suitable for an Associate or Senior Associate with experience across contentious and non-contentious matters, and a track record of client relationship management.

You will work with an experienced team, handle a varied caseload, and have clear opportunities for progression and business development in a respected practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant Employment experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage your own caseload.
• Employment Tribunal experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Manage employment tribunal claims and related disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment documentation.
