Overview

Employment Solicitor, 2-6 Years PQE, Manchester, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded team in Manchester. JOB REF:1051.

Responsibilities
  • Advise employers, HR professionals, senior employees, and executives on a full spectrum of employment matters.
  • Handle contentious and non-contentious issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, maternity/paternity rights, and tribunal claims.
  • Manage your own caseload to be part of client teams on major projects.
  • Actively contribute to the employment team’s business development work and marketing initiatives.
