Responsibilities include offering detailed advice to clients on various issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE transfers, and business restructuring.
Manage a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal cases, handling litigation processes in employment tribunals, ensuring thorough representation and support for clients.
Demonstrate a proactive and ambitious attitude by bringing a forward-thinking and motivated approach to the role, emphasising the importance of attitude alongside experience.
