Responsibilities
  • Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
  • Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
  • Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
  • Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
