Job description

Employment Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London, up to £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE) – An excellent opportunity to progress your career by joining a UK top 100 Law Firm, working on high quality cases across diverse sectors within a supportive and collaborative team. JOB REF:9485.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
  2. You will be responsible for a full spectrum of employment law matters, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination claims, as well as redundancy, TUPE, Employment Tribunal, High Court, and other general advisory work.
  3. You will manage your own independent caseload of high quality work, while supporting partners and overseeing junior team members as needed.
  4. You will be highly motivated, have strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
  5. A proactive approach to business development and the ability to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients are essential.
