What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with professional and regulatory requirements
Managing all aspects of client relationships, from initial engagement to billing and payment follow-ups
Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents
Ensuring compliance with file management and audit processes
Collaborating with colleagues to promote the interests of Howes Percival and support team objectives
Keeping up to date with legislative and regulatory requirements
Consulting with Senior Associates and Partners as needed
Overseeing client cases from inception to resolution

Ability to manage straightforward transactions, including unfamiliar tasks requiring problem-solving skills
Consistently meets high professional standards
Uses sound judgment, with varying levels of supervision based on complexity
Identifies and applies relevant legal principles effectively
Draws on experience to assess and verify information
