They are currently looking to employ an NQ to 2-year PQE Employment Solicitor to join their Leicester office.

This role is ideal for a solicitor who is driven, enthusiastic, and ready to take the next step in their career. The position offers the chance to build strong relationships and develop your expertise in employment law, both respondent and defendant work.


Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist clients with employment law matters, ensuring a high level of client service and meeting the client’s goals within the boundaries of professional and regulatory requirements to include employment disputes, contracts, redundancy, workplace policies, employee handbooks and TUPE matters.
  • Manage the full client relationship, from engagement through to billing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the firm’s interests and contribute to team success.

  • Can work at a certain level of autonomy, however full support is always available.
