We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make an impact within our Legal team at RSM UK.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule based in our London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

You will:

  • Lead as a point of contact for employment law matters.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively monitor changes in employment law and government policy.
  • Deliver technical expertise with a solutions-driven approach to clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.

  • Has team project and transactional work experience.
  • Has advocacy experience or experience with regulatory inspections.
