Position Title: Employment Law Solicitor/Associate Solicitor

Position Overview:

Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2 to 6 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is a hybrid opportunity with options for full or part-time hours.

Employment Solicitor Experience to include:

1. Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
2. Unfair and wrongful dismissal
3. Redundancy and restrictive covenants
4. Discrimination
5. Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
6. Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
7. TUPE transfers
8. Disciplinary and grievance procedures
9. Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
10. Breach of contract
11. Harassment
12. Maternity and paternity matters
13. Restructuring

Requirements for this Employment Solicitor role:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships
