We re working with a leading law firm that s looking to appoint a bright and motivated Employment Solicitor to join their specialist Schools & Charities team, based in Guildford.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and respected team operating in a niche area of law. The firm provides full-service support to independent schools and charitable organisations across the UK, and this role offers the chance to build strong client relationships and gain exposure to a varied caseload spanning employment, property, and corporate advisory work.

The Role:
Advise schools and charitable bodies on a range of employment matters - including policies, procedures, grievances, redundancies, and tribunals.
Work collaboratively with colleagues on multi-disciplinary matters, including mergers & acquisitions and governance.
Manage your own caseload appropriate to your level, with support from more senior team members.
Play a key part in a growing team, with genuine career development opportunities.

The Candidate:
NQ-2 years PQE, ideally with experience or training in employment law.
A genuine interest in working with clients in the education or charity sectors.
Confident, collaborative, and keen to contribute ideas.
Strong communication skills and an ability to work independently when needed.
A good personality fit is key - someone approachable, innovative, and commercially aware.
