3. You will advise clients on a broad range of issues including:

• Contracts of Employment
• Unlawful deduction from wages claims
• Holiday and holiday pay
• Employment status
• Policies and Procedures
• Absence Management
• Discipline and Conduct
• Performance management and capability dismissals
• Employment Tribunal claims and disputes in the High Court
• TUPE
• Restructuring and Redundancy
• Collective Agreements and Industrial Relations
• Termination of Employment and Settlement Agreements
• Data Protection
• Unfair dismissal claims, including automatic unfair dismissal claims
• Grievances and whistleblowing
• Discrimination and Equality & Diversity
• Investigations
• Immigration and the right to work
• Pensions and Benefits

Qualifications:

You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team, and be motivated to deliver great results.
