Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular local authority based in Surrey who are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

• PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
• Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:

• Provide legal advice on employment law matters.
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and employment-related documents.
• Manage Employment Law caseload from start to completion.
• Motivate and engage the team to create a positive working environment to influence effective performance.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience and at least 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Previous experience working within the public sector.
• Good communication skills and experience dealing with equal pay claims.
