We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our Legal team at RSM UK, which is growing its Legal 500 ranked employment team. As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients. We offer a flexible hybrid work schedule based in London, Birmingham, or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
• Identifying and leading business development opportunities, including pitching for new work.
• Proactively anticipating changes in employment law and government policy.
• Delivering technical expertise to provide premium, solutions-driven services to clients.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members’ development.
