We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our Legal team at RSM UK, which is growing its Legal 500 ranked employment team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to advance their careers in an innovative and forward-thinking environment. You will work with an impressive client portfolio, providing solutions to workforce challenges now and in the future.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients. We offer a flexible hybrid work schedule based in London, Birmingham, or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
  • Identifying and leading business development opportunities, including pitching for new work.
  • Proactively anticipating changes in employment law and government policy.
  • Delivering technical expertise to provide premium, solutions-driven services to clients.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members’ development.
What We Are Looking For:

  • Has advocacy experience or familiarity with regulatory inspections.
