Employment Solicitor

A Home Counties law firm has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Employment Solicitor to manage a comprehensive employment caseload on a hybrid basis in their Hertfordshire office.

The Firm

This full-service law firm, with a long-standing traditional history, offers a full range of legal advice to individuals and business clients.

The Role

The Employment Solicitor will manage a caseload involving a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law work for business clients, including whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, TUPE, employment contracts, employee handbooks, disciplinary procedures, and discrimination issues. The role also requires participation in marketing and business development, with the ability to meet specified financial targets.

The Candidate

The Employment Solicitor must be fully qualified with experience in employment law. Previous case management experience, along with business development and marketing skills, is essential.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
