The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable employment team in the East Anglia region. You will work on a diverse caseload of national and regional clients and collaborate closely with a team of specialist lawyers covering the full range of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters. As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will gain exposure to high-value and complex projects, advising on general employment law matters such as contracts, unfair dismissal, TUPE, and settlement agreements.

The Candidate

You will have up to 5 years of experience gained within a reputable regional, national, or City firm. Ideally, as an NQ Solicitor, you will have completed at least one seat within employment law and be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
