The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor to join our top-ranked regional client in their highly regarded Cambridge office. This role sits within a market-leading Employment team known for delivering strategic and commercial advice to high-profile clients across a range of sectors, including education, life sciences, technology, and professional services.

The Role:

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Advising employers on day-to-day HR issues, policies, and procedures
• Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment due diligence
• Managing tribunal claims and supporting complex litigation
• Drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and HR documentation
• Delivering training sessions and updates to clients

About You:

You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment matters
• Be confident managing client relationships and contributing to business development
• Demonstrate a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
