We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make an impact within our Legal team at RSM UK.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients. Our environment allows you to make a difference to your career, our clients, and our team. You’ll be based in our London, Birmingham, or Manchester office, working on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
  • Identifying and progressing business development opportunities, pitching for new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy.
  • Delivering technical expertise with a solutions-driven approach to clients.
  • Supervising and assisting junior team members in their development.
