The Role:

• This role will encompass both fee-earning responsibilities and management of the employment law department, including supervising employment solicitors, as well as fostering the professional development of trainees and paralegals. Your duties will also involve fee-earning tasks and enhancing your professional and firm's profile through networking and various PR activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor or FCILEx with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Supervisory/managerial experience would be highly advantageous
• You'll be self driven and highly motivated to network/business develop
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, motivated, and close-knit team.
• Demonstrated experience and familiarity with the ACAS process and employment tribunal proceedings.
• Proficiency in Employment Tribunal Rules.
• Experience in employment matters and negotiation.
