Are you a passionate Employment Solicitor looking to work with a top-tier Legal & Chambers-ranked team? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking employment practice that supports FTSE companies, major national businesses, and dynamic SMEs.

We're recruiting for an Employment Associate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a nationally recognised team known for its commitment to excellence, diversity, and innovation. You'll also benefit from a unique secondment opportunity with a long-standing client, giving you valuable in-house exposure.

You will advise on a full spectrum of employment matters including:

  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
  • TUPE and redundancy processes
  • Whistleblowing and restructures
  • Strategic advisory work for senior leadership
  • Internal training on employment and HR issues

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the chance to work from any of the Midlands offices, including Leicester, Nottingham, or Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • 1-3 years qualified with experience in employment law
  • Strong technical knowledge and client-handling skills
  • Confidence in delivering HR and legal training
  • Engaging in business development and client relationship-building
