An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join one of the finest firms operating outside the City. You'll advise predominantly employer clients-ranging from major corporates to fast-growing businesses-on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters. Experience with corporate support, senior exits and advisory matters is essential. TUPE, agency workers or business immigration experience is desirable but not required. With a flexible hybrid model (typically 2-3 days in the office), high-quality work and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a rare chance to thrive in a team of standout lawyers, all working at the leading edge of employment law.
