Job title: Employment Senior Associate Solicitor
Location: Surrey
Salary: £80,000-£95,000+
PQE Level: 5+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

An established and highly ranked law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join its reputable Employment, Immigration and Pensions team in Guildford. The role is suited to individuals with approximately 5-10 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, gained within a respected City, national or regional firm.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients-ranging from multinational businesses to senior executives-on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This includes employee relations, TUPE, corporate transactions, executive terminations, and tribunal litigation. Collaboration with immigration and pensions specialists is an integral part of the role.

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • A strong technical background and drafting ability
  • Proven client-handling and business development skills
  • Commercial insight and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a varied and complex caseload with professionalism and discretion
