Employment Senior Associate or Legal Director, Leeds
We are working with an international firm who are looking for an Employment Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their Leeds office. This is a 4 partner, 30-strong team in Leeds which is tier-1 rated in the Legal 500, and part of a 100+ national team.
Highlights of this opportunity include -
· A true contentious and non-contentious mix of respondent-based Employment work to include complex strategic advisory work and complex major Tribunal work
· Sensible sub-1500 hours target, with bonus kicking in at 1500 hours
· Broad sector spread including many large household name corporate clients
· A busy Employment team but with a genuine commitment to work life balance
· Hits the sweet spot of extremely good quality work without the higher demands of the big 6
· Flexible working options / full time or part time
· A well-structured team with excellent onward progression prospects
They are looking to hire an experienced respondent Employment Lawyer to help them with their continued growth. This could be at Senior Associate level, Legal Director level or a Consultant appointment, depending on seniority.
