The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) to join the growing Employment team in the firm's Manchester office.
This role offers the chance to manage a diverse and high-quality caseload, working closely with Partners and senior team members. The work will span both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a primary focus on representing respondents in employment tribunal claims.
The successful candidate will advise employers on a wide range of issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, restructurings, and redundancies. Additionally, the role involves supporting clients with employment-related documentation, such as drafting consultancy agreements, settlement agreements, staff handbooks, and providing guidance on outsourcing contracts and restrictive covenants.
