JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Senior Associate in Birmingham for a 5+ PQE role. You will handle complex, high-value employer-side matters alongside respected Partners, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to join the firm's growing Birmingham office.

Working alongside some of the most respected Employment Partners in the market, you will advise an outstanding client base ranging from household name businesses and multinational organisations through to high growth companies and major public sector bodies.

Your caseload will span the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructures and redundancies, executive exits, restrictive covenants, corporate support, workforce strategy and day to day advisory work.

This role is particularly suited to ambitious Employment lawyers looking to accelerate their progression. You will work closely alongside experienced Partners who are genuinely invested in developing the next generation of senior lawyers, providing direct mentoring, significant client exposure and involvement in strategically important matters from day one.

Alongside developing your technical expertise, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your business development skills, build long term client relationships and establish yourself as a key member of one of the UK's premier Employment teams.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Employment Law
