The role involves:

1. Managing and supporting the team on a busy, fast moving case load of Employment Tribunal/ Civil and / Professional Discipline / Regulatory / High Court Injunctions
2. Providing strategic advice to clients on managing exits, supporting with grievances, and contract reviews
3. Supporting with business development initiatives
