THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Lead and grow the Employment Team, advising on a wide range of employment and HR requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base
• You will be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally with existing Partner or Legal Director experience
• A strong track record in business development and client retention
• Deep knowledge of employment matters
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a team and department
