Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit an Employment Partner or Legal Director. They will also consider experienced Legal Directors or Senior Associates who believe themselves to be on the cusp of partnership. The team provides advice to clients throughout the UK, including some of the most prominent and well-regarded employers in Britain. This appointment is part of the firm’s ambitious growth strategy and they are looking for another experienced, technically strong and client-focused Employment lawyer to take a lead role in further developing the firm’s established Employment practice, based in their London office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to further their reputation at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is actively encouraged. The ideal candidate is likely to have at least 10 years of PQE with strong technical expertise in Employment matters and a genuine passion for this area of work. As a Partner or senior lawyer, you will play an instrumental role in continuing to grow the practice, lead internal and client facing collaborations and be a key part of the development and continued success of the Employment team.
