JOB TITLE: Employment Partner/HOD

PQE: 6+ PQE

LOCATION: West Midlands

THE ROLE:

The employment department of this Top 100 law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to lead the employment department and further develop and expand the department. Dealing with a diverse client base to include both private and public sector clients, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be dealing with all aspects of employment law and possess the ability to advise on the full range of employment tribunal litigation. Working within a growing team.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Employment Solicitor will head up the employment team and will have at least 6 years PQE. With a strong track record in advising both employees and employers across a range of employment issues. You must have a following and network of contacts and be ambitious, driven along with strong technical expertise. With genuine prospects for career development, you will be able to hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters and be a confident advocate.
