Confidential in Manchester city centre is seeking a Law graduate or experienced Paralegal to support the Litigation team in the Employment Tribunals process. You will manage client communications by phone and email, draft documents and undertake legal administration, including bundles and meeting minutes.

The role focuses on organisation, time management and delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced department, with opportunities for progression and guidance within the business.

Qualifications

• LLB with Employment Law as a module or elective.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle client enquiries by phone and email.
• Support Litigation Executives with drafts, documents and bundles.
• Assist with regulatory obligations, primarily Client Care.
• Create and maintain files, system notes, minutes and diaries.
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve customer experience.
